Dana’s litigation practice covers a broad range of commercial and securities matters, including proxy disputes, oppression claims, shareholder and contract disputes, regulatory investigations and proceedings, professional negligence claims, investment loss claims, fraud cases and class actions. Dana has acted for clients in internal investigations involving insider trading allegations. She also has experience in insolvency, intellectual property, employment, technology and estates disputes.
Dana represents individual and corporate clients before courts and regulatory tribunals. She has successfully acted for clients at all levels of court in Ontario, and before the Ontario Securities Commission, the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada and the Mutual Fund Dealers Association. Dana also represents clients in commercial arbitration cases.
Dana joined the firm in January 2018 after articling and practising as a litigation associate at a leading global law firm.
