Safina advises on a broad range of business disputes, including complex commercial litigation, fiduciary litigation, disputes related to corporate governance, securities litigation and employment disputes.
She has appeared before the Ontario Court of Appeal, Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Divisional Court and Commercial List), the Ontario Court of Justice, Provincial Offences Court, the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal and at the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC).
Prior to joining the firm, Safina practiced at a boutique firm which specializes in labour and employment law. She participated in numerous moot court competitions at law school, including the Phillip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition.
