Dana Carson practices complex commercial litigation, with a focus on securities matters, proxy disputes, oppression claims, shareholder and contract disputes, regulatory proceedings, class actions and employment litigation. She also has experience in insolvency, intellectual property, energy, technology and estates disputes.
Dana represents individual and corporate clients before courts, regulatory bodies and in regulatory investigations. She has successfully acted for clients at all levels of court in Ontario. In 2017, Dana gained valuable experience through a secondment to the Wealth Management litigation group of a Big Five Canadian bank.
Prior to joining the firm in 2018, Dana was a litigation associate at a leading global law firm.
